SouqBridge ("we", "us", "our") respects the confidentiality of business details and personal data submitted through our B2B Sourcing Portal. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, secure, and share information when you access our services, request quotations, or upload RFQ specification documents.
2. Information Collection
We collect information necessary to facilitate business trades, verify corporate identities, and negotiate vendor contracts. This includes:
- Corporate Identifiers: Name, title, company name, business registration number, physical shipping address, business telephone number, and corporate email.
- RFQ Specifications: Product requirements, target prices, raw material purities, chemical formulas, CAD drawings, and packaging standards uploaded via our forms.
- Technical Metadata: IP address, device specifications, browser type, and navigation logs used to prevent malicious submissions and optimize server response rates.
3. Use of Information
We process collected data under standard B2B transaction execution frameworks. Specifically for:
- Vetting supplier qualifications and mapping capacity metrics.
- Obtaining logistics container quotes and filing customs tariff clearances.
- Sending newsletters, market indices, and cargo status alerts to subscribed corporate representatives.
4. Data Storage and Security
SouqBridge secures all incoming documents and database nodes using industry-standard TLS encryption. RFQ specification documents and private chemical synthesis blueprints are isolated on access-controlled nodes. We enforce strict NDA guidelines on our global sourcing agents in Shanghai, Hamburg, and Chicago.
5. Shared Sourcing Disclosures
We share product parameters and specifications with pre-qualified vendors in our global network to obtain price quotations. We do NOT share corporate contact names or client identities with third-party vendors without explicit consent. Vendors receive anonymized specification sheets (e.g. "Buyer requires 25 MT Caustic Soda, CIF Karachi").
